Rietta
I started with what looked like hives everywhere but my face. Then, I had this feeling of “uh” all over. For 3 days I felt bad, so I decided to see a doctor. By this time I was so bad that I could not even stand up straight. What bothered me was that since this was a new doctor, they didn’t know that this was all new to me…that I didn’t know what was going on. So the doctor ad me return every day for the next 3 days, watching me lose 6 pounds, exhibit the strangest lab results he had ever seen. Finally he decided that he could help me and referred me to an infectious disease specialist. From there things got worse, so in the hospital I go. Did so for 4 times with severe abdominal pain, severe joint pain, severe rash, spiking fever, and depression, because of the fear of the unknown.
And 4 months later they were finally able to put a label me.
