		<description><![CDATA[Hello everyone, Sometimes we don&#8217;t have enough to share with a cash donation but do find we need or want to shop. Because of that we, here at the Still&#8217;s Disease Foundation, ask that when shopping online you use the donation page here at the site so that a percentage of whatever you spend at any of the sponsored stores will be donated to the Still&#8217;s Disease Foundation, Inc.  The donation sites can be used any time. At the donations page there are some individual sites and then another called I Give that has hundreds of stores. All you need to do is enter International Still’s Disease Foundation when checking into the sites. We ask you to do this for us as an additional way of giving while shopping at your favorite stores! Another reason to visit the online stores is to use the ones we often need for medical supplies and aids. RECENT UPDATE 2013 &#160; Our donations have been few these last months, actually throughout the past year and the foundation is at a low point financially with expenses such as; printing and postage costs for free brochures, the videos coming to the site soon,  operating expenses, etc. We do understand that finances are limited, especially for those with health related expenses, but are asking for those that do online shopping [...]]]></description>
